Whether you seek outstanding core exercises, a comprehensive back exercise routine, or a full-body workout, this book offers versatile options to cater to your fitness goals.
Like Dr. Sinett's own approach to exercise, this book does not subscribe to only one style of working out. Whether you’re engaging in EMOM, AMRAP, HIIT, Tabata, or Metcon training, the Backbridge seamlessly integrates into your routine, providing acceleration or assistance in a variety of exercises.
As such, the exercise descriptions in the book will include one complete rep (with an instruction to repeat on a second side if applicable) and should be incorporated into whatever style of workout you choose with appropriate reps and sets for that routine.

-
Rest your arms behind your head and hold this stretch for 2 minutes.
-
Once you can comfortably use the Backbridge for 2 minutes, 2 times per day, progress to the next level by adding another layer and increasing the height of the Backbridge to 1.25 inches.
